Job summary

Talent Corps is seeking experienced Licensed Journeyman Electricians for a commercial data center project in Cedar Rapids, IA. Pay is $65/hr with $175 per day worked, plus a retention bonus of $7,500. Long-term project with consistent hours and competitive benefits.

Weekly pay via direct deposit and per diem are available, with health benefits including medical, dental, and vision. Candidates must have their own tools and PPE and be eligible to work in the U.S.

Qualifications

• Valid Journeyman License (Iowa).
• 7+ years of experience in the electrical field.
• OSHA 10 or 30 completed within the last 3 years.
• Reliable transportation and eligible to work in the U.S.
• Must pass background check and drug screen.
• Must have own tools and PPE.

Responsibilities

• Install conduit, wiring, and cable trays.
• Read blueprints/layouts to determine conduit paths, support locations, and clearances.
• Use laser levels or chalk lines to measure and mark accurate layouts.
• Install anchors and hangers.
• Drill and secure ATRs or use beam clamps depending on structure type.
• Mount and secure strut channels or cable trays using bolts or clamps.
