Job summary

The Tatitlek Corporation seeks a Journeyman Electrician to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems in DoD facilities, following NEC and local codes to ensure safety and reliability. Requires at least two years in commercial facilities/maintenance, a Journeyman Electrical License, a high school diploma, and the ability to obtain a Secret clearance (or higher).

Qualifications

• Minimum two (2) years' experience in Commercial Facilities/O&M.
• Journeyman Electrical License is required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Security Clearance.
• Active Secret or Top-Secret clearance.
• Maximo CMMS experience a plus.
• Microsoft Office skills a plus.
• Thorough knowledge of operation, maintenance, and repair of all electrical systems in the building.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems, equipment, and components.
• Read and interpret electrical blueprints, schematics, and diagrams.
• Diagnose issues using testing equipment (multimeters, voltage testers, circuit analyzers).
• Conduct preventive maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
• Ensure compliance with NEC and local electrical codes.
• Install and maintain emergency power systems (generators, UPS).
• Coordinate with other trades and contractors on projects.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
