Job summary

US Facilities, Inc. is seeking a Journeyman Electrician to support projects in the West Point, VA and Matthews, VA area. The role involves planning electrical and mechanical repairs, scheduling work orders, and guiding maintenance staff.

Responsibilities include training others, installing and monitoring equipment, and troubleshooting 1000-volt and below circuits. A valid VA Electrical Journeyman license and a background check are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 5+ years related experience.
• Substitution of higher education for experience on a year-for-year basis allowed.

Responsibilities

• Lead and train maintenance staff and electricians.
• Plan and execute electrical/mechanical repairs and preventive maintenance.
• Install, test, and replace electrical components and controls.
• Read and follow electrical schematics and NEC.
• Ensure safety and proper use of equipment.
