Job summary

Design Solutions and Integration seeks a Journeyman Electrician for Midland, Texas, to install VFDs and related electrical equipment in oil field settings. The role involves wiring per schematics, bending conduit to code, and performing outdoor installations in a demanding environment.

Responsibilities

• Install VFDs and other electrical equipment in the Bakken Basin oil fields.

• Configure and wire AC/DC controllers and VFDs for different brands as needed.

This position is in Midland, Texas working in the Bakken Basin oil fields installing VFDs and other electrical equipment.

We are looking for self-motivated, assertive, dependable individuals.

As a Journeyman Electrician with DSI you will be working for a leading electrical-integration firm in the United States. You could be configuring and wiring various brands of AC/DC controllers and VFDs. Using electrical schematics, you will design, bend and fill conduit to proper code specifications. You will be working outdoors.

Requirements

• Texas Journeyman Licensed required or reciprocating state.
• Maintain a valid driver’s license
• Team oriented and possess a strong commitment to safety and quality

$35 - $42 an hour

Schedule: 10 hours a day, 6 days a week

If workloads demand it, hours may shift to 12 hours a day, 7 days a week
