Job summary

TEEMA is seeking a Journeyman Electrician to perform service, maintenance, and repairs in occupied commercial facilities in Tempe, AZ. Read blueprints, follow NEC standards, and coordinate with project teams on a range of healthcare and office environments.

You will maintain a clean vehicle, manage daily reports and material usage, and utilize time-tracking software. OSHA 10 is preferred, and a valid AZ driver's license is required. Join a stable, employee-owned company with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years journeyman electrician experience in commercial construction or facilities.
• Experience in occupied commercial buildings, healthcare facilities, high-rise, or multi-tenant environments.
• Strong NEC knowledge and ability to read construction documents and electrical plans.
• OSHA 10 certification preferred.
• Arizona driver's license with clean driving record.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated, able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform electrical service, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs in occupied commercial facilities.

• Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and electrical drawings.
• Coordinate with project managers, customers, subcontractors, and other trades.

• Utilize company software for time entry, project tracking, and change order documentation.
• Assist with job walks, estimating, material takeoffs, and procurement.
• Monitor project schedules and communicate status, timelines, and issues.
• Promote safety-first culture while delivering high-quality workmanship and customer service.
