What you will be doing:
- Perform electrical service, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs within occupied commercial facilities.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked service vehicle.
- Ensure all work complies with current National Electrical Code (NEC) standards.
- Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and electrical drawings.
- Coordinate with project managers, supervisors, customers, subcontractors, and other trades.
- Complete daily reports, labor tracking, material usage, and project documentation.
- Utilize company software for time entry, project tracking, and change order documentation.
- Assist with job walks, estimating, material takeoffs, and procurement.
- Monitor project schedules and communicate project status, timelines, and potential issues.
- Promote a safety-first culture while delivering high-quality workmanship and exceptional customer service.
What you must have:
- Minimum5 years of Journeyman Electrician experiencein commercial construction or facilities.
- Experience working inoccupied commercial buildings, healthcare facilities, high-rise, or multi-tenant environments.
- Strong understanding of current National Electrical Code (NEC) requirements.
- Ability to read and interpret construction documents and electrical plans.
- OSHA 10 certification preferred.
- Valid Arizona Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
