• Strong commercial construction background (required)
• Ability to install/repair/control systems, motors, panels, conduits, and more
• Proficiency in reading blueprints, schematics, and code books
• Skills in problem-solving, calculations, and daily reporting
• Must be able to lead crews, maintain jobsite safety, and communicate professionally with clients and trades
• Willingness to travel statewide and work flexible schedules (including weekends or holidays when needed)
• Support project scheduling and quality control
• Manage inventory and vehicle/equipment maintenance
• Take initiative with minimal direction
• Train and evaluate crew members with performance-based goals
• Deliver top-tier client service and final job scorecards
• Lift 50 lbs overhead
• Work in high, wet, cold, or hot environments
• Must have excellent vision for blueprints and electrical diagrams
• Ability to kneel, climb, crawl, and use hands/feet for tools and machinery
