Job summary

Loenbro is seeking a Journeyman Electrician in Red Oak, TX to install, commission, and service mission-critical electrical systems for data centers. You will work with project teams, read schematics, and ensure work meets code requirements while following safety procedures.

Minimum 7+ years of commercial/industrial experience and an active Texas license or reciprocal license are required. This is a full-time, on-site role with opportunities for mentorship and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Licensed Journeyman Electrician with 7+ years of commercial/industrial experience.
• Texas state electrical license in good standing or reciprocal licensing from approved jurisdictions.
• Familiarity with data center systems, transfer schemes, switchgear, controllers, and pneumatic/electrical process controls.
• OSHA or equivalent safety training completed.
• Proficient reading blueprints, one-line diagrams, risers, and electrical schematics.

Responsibilities

• Perform installations, startups, troubleshooting, commissioning, and preventative maintenance for electrical systems per drawings and codes.
• Read and interpret blueprints, one-line diagrams, schematics, and installation plans; lay out conduit, cable tray, and devices.
• Follow approved Methods of Procedure (MOPs) and safety protocols; maintain accurate work records and service documentation.
• Support and mentor apprentices; coordinate with Foreman, Superintendents, project management, and clients.

Loenbro Mission Critical is seeking experienced Journeyman Electricians to support installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and service of mission-critical data center electrical systems. You will work safely to code, follow approved procedures, and collaborate with project teams to deliver high-quality results.

Essential Job Responsibilities

Minimum Qualifications

• Licensed Journeyman Electrician with 7+ years of commercial/industrial experience; successful apprenticeship required.
• Seeking Texas state electrical licensing in good standing or reciprocal licensing from AK, AR, CO, MN, MT, NE, NH, ND, OK, SD, IA, WI, or WY.
• Familiarity with data center systems, transfer schemes, switchgear, controllers, and pneumatic/electrical process controls.
• Proficient reading blueprints, one-line diagrams, risers, and electrical schematics.
• Completion of OSHA or equivalent safety training.
• Skilled with conduit bending tools, cable tray layout, device trim, and load-bank operations.
• Strong communication, documentation, and teamwork skills; able to work independently as required.
• Must be 18+.

Work Environment

• Working outside most of the time with potential exposure to extreme hot and cold temperatures.
• Frequent climbing, lifting (up to 50lbs), standing, walking on uneven terrain, stooping, kneeling, and use of respirator when required.
• Exposure to noise above 85 decibels and intense odors.

This role requires compliance with all applicable safety regulations, personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements, and Loenbro's Environmental Health and Safety (EH&S) policies.
