Job summary

Loenbro Mission Critical in Red Oak, TX, is seeking an experienced Journeyman Electrician to support installations, commissioning, and maintenance of data-center electrical systems. You will read blueprints, install conduit and cable trays, and ensure work adheres to codes and MOPs, collaborating with project teams.

Qualified candidates have 7+ years of commercial/industrial electrical experience, Texas licensing or reciprocity, OSHA training, and strong teamwork and documentation skills.

Qualifications

  • Licensed Journeyman Electrician with 7+ years of commercial/industrial experience.
  • Texas state electrical licensing in good standing or reciprocal licensing.
  • Familiarity with data center systems, schematics, and switchgear.
  • Proficient with blueprints, one-line diagrams and code compliance.
  • OSHA or equivalent safety training and strong teamwork/documentation.

Responsibilities

  • Perform installations, startups, troubleshooting, and commissioning per drawings and codes.
  • Interpret blueprints and install conduit, cable tray, and devices.
  • Follow MOPs and safety protocols; maintain service documentation.
  • Mentor apprentices and coordinate with foremen, superintendents, and clients.

LoenbroMission Critical is seeking experienced Journeyman Electricians to support installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, andservice of mission‑critical data center electrical systems. You will work safely to code, follow approved procedures, and collaborate with project teams to deliver high‑quality results.

Essential Job Responsibilities
  • Perform installations, startups, troubleshooting, commissioning, and preventative maintenance for electrical systems per drawings and codes.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, one‑line diagrams, schematics, and installation plans; lay outconduit, cabletray, and devices.
  • Follow approved Methods of Procedure (MOPs) and company safety protocols; maintain accurate work records and service documentation.
  • Support and mentor apprentices; coordinate with Foreman, Superintendents, project management, and clients.
Minimum Qualifications

Required:

  • Licensed Journeyman Electrician with 7+ years of commercial/industrial experience; successful apprenticeshiprequired.
  • Seeking Texas state electrical licensing in good standing or reciprocal licensing from AK, AR, CO, MN, MT, NE, NH, ND, OK, SD, IA, WI, or WY.
  • Familiarity with data center systems, transfer schemes, switchgear, controllers, and pneumatic/electrical process controls.
  • Proficient reading blueprints, one‑line diagrams, risers, and electrical schematics.
  • Completion of OSHA or equivalent safety training.
  • Skilled with conduit bending tools, cable tray layout, device trim, and load‑bank operations.
  • Strong communication, documentation, and teamwork skills; able to work independently as required.
  • Must be 18+.

WorkEnvironment:
  • Working outside most of the time with potential exposure to extreme hot and cold temperatures.
  • Frequent climbing, lifting (up to 50lbs), standing, walking on uneven terrain, stooping, kneeling, and use of respirator when required.
  • Exposure to noise above 85 decibels and intense odors.
