Job Title: Journeyman Electrician

Pay Range: $30.00 - $44.00/hr+ (based on experience) (Up to $87.17 per hour for Prevailing Projects)

Job Overview:

Paruolo Electric Inc is urgently seeking a highly experienced and reliable Journeyman Electrician to join our expert team. This is more than a job-it's a long-term opportunity with a company that values craftsmanship, safety, and community trust. The ideal candidate will bring a minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience, mastery of the NEC, and a proactive attitude toward diagnosing, managing, and completing electrical projects across residential, commercial, industrial, and government sectors. Prevailing wage projects and overtime opportunities are available for motivated professionals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Diagnose and repair complex electrical systems across residential, commercial, industrial, and government projects
  • Manage job sites independently or as part of a team
  • Troubleshoot and program control systems, motor controls, VFDs, DC drives, and standard components
  • Order project materials and delegate tasks as needed
  • Maintain strict adherence to the NEC and safety standards
  • Uphold a clean, courteous, and professional demeanor at all times
  • Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with clients and team members
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 10 years of electrical experience
  • Journeyman Electrician License preferred, but not required.
  • Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation
  • Strong working knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC)
  • Must qualify for Government ID approval
  • Neat, clean-cut, and professional appearance
  • Ability to lift 50+lbs, work at heights, and on lifts, weather conditions, etc.
  • Excellent problem-solving and leadership abilities
  • Must provide references
  • Personal hand tools required
