Key Responsibilities

• Install and repair electrical systems in commercial and industrial settings.
• Interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and job specifications.
• Run conduit, wire panels, and troubleshoot control systems.
• Collaborate with project managers and foremen to ensure timelines and goals are met.
• Follow all safety protocols and code requirements (NEC and local).
• Identify and solve electrical issues independently or with team support.
• Maintain tools, materials, and equipment inventory on job sites.
• Uphold high standards of workmanship and job site cleanliness.

Qualifications

• At least 4 consecutive years of experience in the electrical field, preferably in commercial and/or industrial environments.
• Must possess a valid Journeyman Electrician License.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and technical schematics.
• Experience running conduit (EMT, PVC, RMC) and installing panels, switchgear, and devices.
• Familiarity with code-compliant installations (NEC and local regulations).
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Must provide their own basic tools.
• Willingness to learn company standards and adapt to field training.
• Team-player mentality and pride in workmanship.
• Valid driver's license required.

Schedule
