Design Solutions and Integration is an employee‑owned company that provides automation, electrical, and mechanical services to major energy partners. We work in the Bakken Basin on projects for Diamondback Energy, ExxonMobil, ConocoPhillips, and Chevron.

Location

Midland, Texas – working in the Bakken Basin oil fields installing VFDs and other electrical equipment.

Responsibilities

• Configure and wire various brands of AC/DC controllers and VFDs.
• Use electrical schematics to design, bend, and fill conduit to meet code specifications.
• Work outdoors on field installations.

Requirements

• Texas Journeyman licensed or from a reciprocating state.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Team‑oriented with a strong commitment to safety and quality.

Schedule

• 10 hours a day, 6 days a week.
• Workload may shift to 12 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Compensation

$35–$42 an hour.
