Job description

Reports To: Production Manager

Job Purpose: To provide excellent quality electrical work and related product installation as needed to support the Mosby Team in completing all jobs on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Perform electrical work independently as required for each job.
2. Provide strong leadership and training to other skill level electricians as requested.
3. Perform duties in an efficient, professional, and courteous manner.
4. Provide excellent customer service to internal and external clients.
5. Load and unload materials at the job site.
6. Keep job sites safe and clean and adhere to all safety procedures.
7. Maintain consistent on-time attendance.

Minimum Requirements:

1. 5+ years of experience in the design, planning, installation, and maintenance of electrical systems.
2. Excellent organization, attention to detail, and communication skills.
3. Ability to stand, walk, kneel, bend, work with hands, climb ladders, and move 75 lbs. independently for extended periods.
4. High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
5. General remodeling experience is a plus.
6. Valid class E driver’s license and auto insurance.
7. Supply your own tools.
8. Perform duties in an efficient, professional, and courteous manner.
