Pearce Services, part of CBRE Group, is seeking a skilled Electrical Journeyman to join our team in the Fredericksburg, VA area. The role supports UPS power systems, commercial construction, and EV charging installations, with the ability to lead small crews while maintaining safety and quality.

The ideal candidate has a valid Journeyman License and 5+ years of experience in commercial/industrial electrical work, plus NEC knowledge.

Qualificações

• Valid Journeyman Electrician License (state-specific or ability to reciprocate).
• 5+ years of commercial or industrial electrical experience.
• Experience with critical power systems, data centers, or EV infrastructure preferred.
• Strong understanding of NEC and electrical safety practices.
• Ability to read drawings and perform layout independently.
• Proficient with electrical tools, testing equipment, and installation practices.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel regionally. A DOT medical card will be required.

Responsabilidades

• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot electrical systems in commercial and industrial environments.
• Read and interpret one-line diagrams, blueprints, and specifications.
• Install conduit, wiring, panels, switchgear, and equipment.

• Coordinate with project managers, supervisors, and other trades.
• Mentor apprentices and support workforce development.

Your Impact

Pearce Services from CBRE is seeking a skilled and motivated Electrical Journeyman to join our growing team. This role supports a wide range of projects including mission-critical UPS power systems, commercial construction, infrastructure upgrades, EV charging installations, and other electrical systems including generators and data centers. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently or leading small crews while maintaining high safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Install, maintain, and troubleshoot electrical systems in commercial and industrial environments

• Install conduit, wiring, panels, switchgear, and equipment

Base Pay Range: $45 USD - $45 USD
