Your Impact:

Pearce Services from CBRE is seeking a skilled and motivated Electrical Journeyman to join our growing team. This role supports a wide range of projects including mission-critical UPS power systems, commercial construction, infrastructure upgrades, EV charging installations, and other electrical systems including generators and data centers. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently or leading small crews while maintaining high safety and quality standards.

K ey Responsibilities:

• - Install, maintain, and troubleshoot electrical systems in commercial and industrial environments
• - Read and interpret one-line diagrams, blueprints, and specifications
• - Install conduit, wiring, panels, switchgear, and equipment
• - Support installation and commissioning of UPS systems, generators, and EV charging stations
• - Perform electrical testing, startup, and system verification
• - Ensure compliance with NEC codes, safety standards, and company procedures
• - Coordinate with project managers, supervisors, and other trades
• - Mentor apprentices and support workforce development

Qualifications:

• - Valid Journeyman Electrician License (state-specific or ability to reciprocate)
• - 5+ years of commercial or industrial electrical experience
• - Experience with critical power systems, data centers, or EV infrastructure preferred
• - Strong understanding of NEC and electrical safety practices
• - Ability to read drawings and perform layout independently
• - Proficient with electrical tools, testing equipment, and installation practices
• - Valid driver’s license and ability to travel regionally. A DOT medical card will be required.

Preferred Experience:

• - UPS systems (installation, maintenance, or startup)
• - Generator systems and transfer switches
• - Data center or mission-critical environments
