Job summary

Accelera in Virginia seeks a skilled trades professional to join our field operations. The role requires a valid Journeyman's license, 5–7 years of industry experience, and a high school diploma or GED.

You will start with a 6–8 week training, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, then move to a rotating night shift 10:00 PM–8:00 AM. Daily tasks are tracked via a digital work order system, and the site is a current construction zone.

Job description

Schedule and Availability

You will begin with an initial 6-8 week training phase scheduled Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Following training, the regular schedule is 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please note that this position requires working rotating shifts every four weeks, which will result in changing days off.

Site Conditions

• The facility is currently an active construction zone.

• Daily tasks and maintenance requests are managed and tracked through a centralized digital work order system.

Required Credentials
