Applied Digital is seeking a Journeyman Electrician to support operations at our data center facility. You will install, maintain, and troubleshoot electrical systems to ensure uptime, safety, and code compliance.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in commercial/industrial environments, a valid Journeyman license, and 4+ years of experience, with proficiency in hand and power tools. This is a full-time on-site role in Louisiana with on-call responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Valid Journeyman Electrician license required.
• Minimum of 4 years' experience in commercial or industrial electrical systems.
• Ability to read blueprints and electrical schematics.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various environments.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, including panels, conduit, lighting, motors, and control circuits.
• Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance.
• Diagnose and resolve electrical issues involving breakers, generators, UPS systems, and other high‑demand equipment.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and diagrams.
• Adhere to all safety procedures, including lockout/tagout and PPE usage.
• Ensure work complies with the National Electrical Code (NEC) and local regulations.
• Accurately document maintenance activities and material usage.
• Support electrical components of expansion or upgrade projects.
• Participate in on‑call rotation and respond to emergency electrical issues when necessary.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in commercial or industrial environments and thrives in a fast‑paced, mission‑critical setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, including panels, conduit, lighting, motors, and control circuits.
• Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on electrical infrastructure.
• Diagnose and resolve electrical issues involving breakers, generators, UPS systems, and other high‑demand equipment.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and diagrams.
• Adhere to all safety procedures, including lockout/tagout and PPE usage.
• Ensure work complies with the National Electrical Code (NEC) and local regulations.
• Accurately document maintenance activities and material usage.

Basic Qualifications

Physical Requirements
