Are you a Maryland Licensed Journeyman Electrician passionate about solar energy and electrical work? Join our growing team dedicated to building a sustainable future through clean, reliable solar power!

What You’ll Do:

• Install and maintain solar PV systems – panels, inverters, batteries, conduit, and mounting boxes
• Perform electrical work related to solar installations (wiring, circuits, service connections)
• Troubleshoot and diagnose performance issues
• Conduct site assessments and support optimal system design
• Ensure full code compliance and uphold safety standards
• Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and permitting teams
• Clearly communicate with clients regarding system performance and operation
• Maintain records and assist with permit documentation

What You’ll Need:

• Valid Maryland Journeyman Electrician License
• Solar PV experience (training available for the right candidate)
• Strong knowledge of NEC and safety protocols
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Professional communication skills and a positive attitude
