Job summary

FNF Construction, Inc. is seeking a journeyman-level Cement Mason/Concrete Finisher in Littleton, CO to perform concrete placement and finishing on highway and bridge projects.

You will assist formwork, set grades, and ensure quality under demanding outdoor conditions near active traffic and heavy machinery. Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Cement Mason or Concrete Finisher in highway/bridge construction.
• Strong knowledge of concrete placement, finishing techniques, and curing processes.
• Ability to work in a physically demanding environment and perform tasks requiring strength, balance, and endurance.

Responsibilities

• Perform concrete placement, finishing, and curing for highway, bridge, and structural projects.
• Assist structures carpenters with building, setting, aligning, and stripping formwork.
• Prepare work areas by leveling, compacting, and setting grades.
• Operate hand and power finishing tools, including trowels, floats, screeds, and power trowels.
• Monitor concrete during placement to ensure proper consolidation, surface quality, and adherence to project specifications.
• Apply finishing techniques such as edging, jointing, brooming, and troweling.
• Place and finish concrete in various weather conditions while maintaining quality standards.
