Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Cement Mason or Concrete Finisher on highway/bridge projects.
• Strong knowledge of concrete finishing, placement and curing processes.
• Ability to perform in physically demanding environments with balance and endurance.

Responsibilities

• Perform concrete placement, finishing, and curing for highway, bridge, and structural projects.
• Assist carpenters with building, setting, aligning, and stripping formwork.
• Prepare work areas by leveling, compacting, and setting grades.
• Operate hand and power finishing tools (trowels, floats, screeds, power trowels).
• Monitor concrete to ensure proper consolidation, surface quality, and specs adherence.
• Apply finishing techniques (edging, jointing, brooming, troweling).
• Place and finish concrete in varying weather conditions while maintaining quality.
