You will read blueprints, install walls and finishes, and coordinate with other trades to keep schedules. OSHA 10 is required; reliable transportation to site is essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of commercial carpentry experience.
• Proficiency in both rough and finish carpentry.
• Ability to read blueprints and construction drawings.
• OSHA 10 certification required.
• Reliable transportation to the Manchester, NH job site.
• Basic hand tools and PPE required.

Responsibilities

• Perform all phases of commercial carpentry, from framing through finish work.
• Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and construction drawings.
• Install walls, doors, windows, and other structural components.
• Install trim, cabinetry, and other finish carpentry details.
• Complete punch-list items and maintain high quality workmanship.
• Operate hand and power tools safely.
• Work independently and with other trades to meet project schedules.
• Maintain a clean, safe, organized job site.
