Qualifications

• Previous commercial carpentry experience.
• Strong framing experience required.
• Finish carpentry experience strongly preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints and construction plans.
• Proficient with standard carpentry tools.
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
• Ability to work safely on an active commercial construction site.

Responsibilities

• Perform commercial framing for walls, partitions and structures.
• Read and work from construction plans and layouts.
• Measure, cut, and install building materials accurately.
• Perform rough and finish carpentry as the project progresses.
• Install doors, trim, hardware and other finish materials.
• Complete punch-list and detail work.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow site-specific safety procedures and OSHA requirements.
• Work efficiently while maintaining high-quality workmanship.

Commercial Carpenter — Seabrook, New Hampshire

Skilled Trades Partners is hiring experienced Commercial Carpenters for a project in Seabrook, New Hampshire!

We’re looking for skilled carpenters to join a 2,600-square-foot warehouse remodel. The building is being converted into commercial space, and the project will begin with a strong focus on framing.

We’re especially interested in carpenters who can transition from framing into finish carpentry as the project progresses. If you’re a well-rounded carpenter who takes pride in quality work and can handle multiple phases of a commercial remodel, we want to hear from you.

Job Duties

• Perform commercial framing for walls, partitions, and other structures
• Read and work from construction plans and layouts
• Measure, cut, and install building materials accurately
• Perform rough and finish carpentry as the project progresses
• Install doors, trim, hardware, and other finish materials
• Complete punch‑list and detail work
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all site‑specific safety procedures and OSHA requirements
• Work efficiently while maintaining high‑quality workmanship

Requirements
