Qualifications
- 3+ years of commercial carpentry experience.
- Proficiency in rough and finish carpentry.
- Ability to read blueprints with minimal supervision.
- OSHA 10 certification required.
- Reliable transportation to the Manchester, NH site.
Responsibilities
- Perform all phases of commercial carpentry, from framing through finish work.
- Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and construction drawings.
- Perform layout, framing, and installation of walls, blocking, doors, windows, and other structural components.
- Install trim, doors, hardware, cabinetry, and other finish carpentry details.
- Complete punch-list items and maintain high-quality workmanship.
- Safely operate hand tools and power tools.
- Work independently and alongside other trades to meet project schedules.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site.
