Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Journeyman Carpenter on residential projects.
• Blueprint reading and interpretation of drawings required.
• Proficiency with hand tools and power tools for woodworking.

Responsibilities

• Interpret construction plans, blueprints and technical drawings to execute carpentry tasks.
• Measure, cut, assemble, and install wood and other materials using hand and power tools.
• Perform framing, door hanging, siding installation, drywall hanging and finishing, flooring and tile laying.
• Operate woodworking machines safely to fabricate components.
• Assist with remodeling and restoration tasks and siding repairs.
• Maintain safe on-site practices and organize work area.
• Collaborate with team to meet project deadlines with quality workmanship.
