Job summary

Responsibilities

• Safety: promotes a safe workplace and adheres to OSHA and university PPE/LOTO requirements.
• Training and Mentorship: guides and trains others and maintains licensure/compliance.
• General Maintenance: assists other trades and creates access points in ceilings, walls, and floors.
• Carpentry Construction: reads plans, estimates costs, and works with customers to deliver a quality product.
• Carpentry Maintenance: designs, builds and repairs woodwork, doors, trim, and internal structures.
