Job summary

Applitrack is seeking a journeyman carpenter for a 12‑month full‑time role starting in October 2026. Work days are Monday to Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., at 40 hours per week, with a salary of $28.58 per hour and full benefits including paid insurance and PERS retirement.

The successful candidate will perform carpentry and hardware maintenance tasks, reading blueprints, estimating materials, and supervising helpers as needed. Open until filled.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• Four-year carpentry apprenticeship plus hardware mechanic experience.
• Knowledge of keying systems and hardware installation.
• Ability to read blueprints and plans.
• Ability to estimate materials and time to complete jobs.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule and select methods and materials for assigned work.
• Alter and repair buildings, doors, fixtures per blueprints and sketches.
• Operate power tools and maintain tools.
• Estimate material and time to complete jobs.
• Supervise and instruct helpers.
• Repair hardware such as panic bars and locks.
