Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Four years' carpentry, concrete, flooring, cabinetry or related field experience required.
• Able to pass safety and equipment certifications and trainings.

Responsibilities

• Works with materials used in construction such as door hardware, wood, gypsum board, framing, flooring and finishes.
• Uses work order tracking software and time entry software.
• Estimates materials needed for a project.
• Maintains and repairs hand tools and equipment.
• Follows safety training and certifications.
• Works with contractors as needed.
• Installs and repairs flooring including carpet, concrete, tile, stone.
