Responsibilities

• Inspect facilities, diagnose maintenance issues, and complete repairs; ensure compliance with safety codes.
• Coordinate with other trades and campus staff to complete maintenance and construction projects.
• Operate hand and power tools, welding equipment, and measurement devices safely; maintain CMMS records.
