Job summary

Qualifications

• EPA Universal Certification for refrigerants (preferred).
• Relevant trade licenses or certifications (HVAC, electrical, plumbing) are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Address building system malfunctions promptly to minimize disruptions.
• Respond to service requests and emergencies during and after business hours.
• Schedule and coordinate service calls with internal teams and external vendors.
• Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.
