Ableserve in Seattle is seeking a Building Engineer to support daily operations and maintain all building systems. Responsibilities include performing inspections, maintenance, and repairs on HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.

The candidate will respond to service requests, monitor energy usage, and ensure compliance with safety standards. Candidates should have 3-5 years of relevant experience and strong technical skills. The position offers a pay rate of $52.02 per hour.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in building engineering, facilities management, or a related field.
• Proficiency in HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and building automation systems (BAS).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections, preventative maintenance, and repairs on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.
• Respond to service requests and emergencies during and after business hours.
• Monitor building management systems (BMS) to optimize energy usage.
