Job summary

Spiteri's Complete Auto Service & Repair is seeking a motivated B-Level Journeyman Automotive Technician in California to join a team that values quality and continuous improvement. You will perform maintenance and repairs, develop diagnostic skills, and work with supportive colleagues in a clean, modern shop.

A valid California driver's license and own tools are required. The role offers a weekday schedule with no weekends, opportunities for growth, and mentorship from experienced technicians

Qualifications

• A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Ability to perform maintenance and general repair work with minimal supervision.
• Basic diagnostic skills with a desire to continue learning.
• Willingness to ask questions and improve every day.
• Comfortable using a tablet to complete inspections, notes, and repair recommendations.
• Team-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills.
• ASE certifications are a plus, but not required.
• Must have own tools and roll around toolbox to perform various jobs.
• Must have a California driver's license and clean driving record (a DMV printout is a plus).

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and general repair work with minimal supervision.
• Complete inspections and repair recommendations using a tablet.
• Collaborate with team to diagnose and address vehicle issues.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized shop environment.
• Participate in ongoing training and skill development.
