Job summary

IPME in Washington State is seeking a Licensed Journeyman Electrician to install electrical systems for industrial production equipment, including conduit, cable tray, wiring, and power distribution panels up to 480V.

You will read schematics and blueprints, follow NEC guidelines, troubleshoot wiring issues, and uphold strict safety rules. WA EL01 license, OSHA 10/30, valid driver’s license, and ability to work 50+ hours are required.

Qualifications

• WA State Journeyman Electrician license EL01 required.
• Experience reading electrical schematics, blueprints, NEC codes.
• Ability to run conduit, construct cable tray, pull and terminate wiring.

Licensed Journeyman Electrician – Washington State

This position is responsible for the electrical installation of industrial production equipment. This includes running conduit, GRC, EMT, galvanized or stainless, operating manual and hydraulic benders. Building cable tray, pulling wire and cable, terminating, sensors, motors, MCC's, electrical cabinets, and Power Distribution panels up to 480V.
The position requires reading and understanding electrical schematics, building blueprints, and the NEC, as well as detecting and fixing wiring errors and other related responsibilities.

Requirements

• Washington State Journeyman Electrician License (EL01)
• Experience in commissioning, troubleshooting, and startup of industrial machinery
• Solid background in industrial machinery and industrial installation projects
• Valid Driver's License
• OSHA 10 and a dedication to safety
• Ability to work 50+ hours on a regular basis
• Must supply own tools
• Maintain strict adherence to safety rules and regulations, to include wearing safety equipment, i.e.: safety glasses, hearing protection, steel-toed boots and other PPE as required by specific jobs.
