Job description

For our client, we are seeking a Journey Head, Hire & Move (Vice President) to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space.

This role will shape a key talent attraction and mobility portfolio within a broader People Experience organization, with a focus on delivering measurable outcomes for hiring and internal movement. You will partner closely with strategy teams, expertise hubs, and senior stakeholders to define multi-year direction, strengthen governance, and translate workforce priorities into action. The position also calls for a strong command of automation and AI opportunities, along with the ability to lead through complexity and influence enterprise-level change.

Location: Cambridge, MA - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $236,600 – $439,400 annually
