Job summary

IDS International is seeking a Service Support Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support Mission Command Exercises at Fort Bragg, NC. The role involves providing operational expertise, assisting with exercise planning and execution, and integrating scenarios into the SOMTC training environment.

Qualified candidates will have a Secret clearance, military education credentials (Officer or NCO trajectories) and proven ability to formulate and integrate exercise scenarios into training environments.

Qualifications

• Secret clearance required.
• Associate degree, or five years of related military experience may substitute for degree.
• Graduate of U.S. Military Officers Education System course above entry level training.
• Graduate of U.S. military Noncommissioned Officer Education System courses.

Responsibilities

• Support Mission Command Exercise planning, coordination, and execution.
• Formulate and integrate exercise scenarios into the SOMTC training environment.
• Provide subject matter expertise based on military operational experience.
• Support exercise preparation and coordination requirements.
• Contribute to mission command training objectives.
