Job description
As a Sales Representative, you will strategically promote and sell Stryker’s Orthopedic Joint Replacement service line products to meet our customers' needs. Your primary responsibility will be to drive revenue growth, develop customer relationships, and support surgical teams in the operating room (OR). You thrive in a high-performance environment and find purpose in selling Stryker products that are making healthcare better. Provide comprehensive Stryker product knowledge and training to surgeons, nurses and OR staff. On-call duties, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as determined by territory needs, to address urgent technical needs and ensure continuous customer support. Bachelor’s Degree or minimum 4 years’ experience in a clinical healthcare/sales role (or a combination of the two)Knowledge of and experience with sales techniques, marketing strategies, product demonstrations and sales control systemsMedical device sales experience Experience in a clinical work environmentExpertise with orthopedic joint replacement products sales experience
