As aSales Representative, you will strategically promote and sell Stryker's Orthopedic Joint Replacement service lineproducts to meet our customers' needs.Your primary responsibility will be to drive revenue growth, develop customer relationships, and support surgical teams in the operating room(OR).You thrive in a high-performance environment and find purpose in selling Stryker products that are making healthcare better.

• Meticulously manage andmaintainsample inventory of products meticulouslyand adhere to compliance and the principles of responsibility (AdvaMed).

• Participate in and represent Stryker at industry events and conferences asrequired.

• On-call duties, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, asdeterminedby territory needs, to address urgent technical needs and ensure continuous customer support.

What you need

Additionalinformation

• This position requires the handling of instruments that may have been contaminated by blood or other bodily fluids. In compliance with Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) regulations, Stryker will provide a safe working environmentforall employees.

• Must be able to lift and transport up to 50 pounds occasionally and up to 20 poundsfrequently.

• Must have a valid driver's license

• Fluency in written and spoken Englishrequired

Commission only: This role is 100% commission and is eligible for bonuses + benefits.
