Stryker Corporation is seeking a field-based sales professional in the United States to manage and grow key customer accounts by delivering exceptional service and building trusted partnerships.
You will drive revenue by identifying, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities, conducting product demonstrations in OR and office settings, and delivering comprehensive product knowledge and training to surgeons, nurses and OR staff while adhering to compliance standards.

Provide comprehensive Stryker product knowledge and training tosurgeons, nurses and OR staff.
Meticulously manage andmaintainsample inventory of products meticulouslyand adhere to compliance and the principles of responsibility (AdvaMed).
Participate in and represent Stryker at industry events and conferences asrequired.
On-call duties, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, asdeterminedby territory needs, to address urgent technical needs and ensure continuous customer support.
Bachelor’s Degree orminimum4years’ experience in a clinical healthcare/sales role (or a combination of the two)
Proventrack recordof achieving sales goals
Knowledgeofand experience with sales techniques, marketing strategies, productdemonstrationsand sales control systems
Medicaldevice sales experience
Experience inaclinical work environment
Expertisewith orthopedicjoint replacementproducts
Minimum3 years’B2Bsales experience
This position requires the handling of instruments that may have been contaminated by blood or other bodily fluids. In compliance with Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) regulations, Stryker will provide a safe working environmentforall employees.
Must be able to lift and transport up to 50 pounds occasionally and up to 20 poundsfrequently.
Must have a valid driver’s license
Fluency in written and spoken Englishrequired
