Job summary

710 Labs is seeking a prepared, detail-oriented Production Assistant for our Joint Rolling Team at the Oakland facility. This role supports daily prep work, rosin prep, packaging, and gentle hand-rolling during downtime, contributing to efficient joint production in a fast-paced cannabis manufacturing environment.

The position runs Monday through Friday from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, pays $18.85 per hour, and includes benefits such as medical, dental, vision, Life/AD&D, 401K with company match, paid

Qualifications

• 1-year experience in production or manufacturing is highly desired.
• Cannabis industry experience is a plus.
• Must be able to sit, squat, stand, kneel, bend, or walk for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Noodle prep for 1.0g joints and Persy Doinks.
• Prepare rosin for Persy Doinks.
• Grind materials and prep for the team.
• Sanitize tools, workstations, and production areas.
• Package and label joints, Persy Doinks, and Flower jars as needed.
• Grab packaging materials from shipping containers outside.
• Cut joint papers to exact measurements and hand-roll when needed.
• Collaborate with teammates and follow supervisor instructions.
• Perform any other production tasks as assigned.

We are looking for a highly organized and motivated individual to assist the Joint Rolling Team with day-to-day operations. This person is responsible for completing all prep work for the Joint Team and assisting with rolling in their downtime. This is a manufacturing position in a product environment at our facility based in Oakland, CA.

Responsibilities include:

• Noodle Prep for both 1.0g Joints & Persy Doinks (Infused joints)
• Prepping rosin for Persy Doinks
• Material preparation for the team (Grinding of material)
• Sanitization of tools, workstations, and joint production areas
• Packaging and stickering Joints, Persy Doinks, and Flower jars as needed.
• Grabbing packaging materials from shipping containers outside
• Cutting down of joint papers to our specific measurements
• Hand-rolling joints when there is downtime with prep
• Working collectively with other team members
• Any other task as assigned by the Production Manager or Supervisor

Qualifications:

• 1-year experience working in a production or manufacturing environment is highly desired.
• Experience and background in the cannabis industry is a plus.
• For extended periods, must be capable of sitting, squatting, standing, kneeling, bending, or walking through the workday.
• Must be able to exert well-paced mobility and perform repetitive tasks for up to 8 hours in length.
• Must be able to adapt to a fast-paced production environment while maintaining quality and accuracy.
• Excellent communication skills and leadership both verbally and through written media.
• Detail-orientated with an eye on process improvement and optimization.
• Must be able to handle constructive criticism and guidance and offer the same to others in the department.
• Must be able to work a weekly schedule Monday - Friday 6AM - 2:30PM.
• Pay Rate: $18.85/hour
