Qualifications

• 15+ years of military experience at the operational or tactical level.
• Experience at a service component HQ.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Teams.
• Ability to brief senior military, civilian, and contractors.
• Travel up to 25% of the time.
• TS/SCI clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Graduate of a Service Command and Staff School such as USN College of Naval Command and Staff, USAF ACS/ASCS, or Army/Marine equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide foundational knowledge on the operational environment and adversary capabilities.
• Conduct Joint Force problem analysis and advise on USSF service-provided solutions.
• Engage warfighters to ensure needs are incorporated into updated software development pipelines.
