Job summary

JANUS Research Group seeks a Joint/Multinational Experiment Planner at Fort Bliss, TX, to coordinate, schedule, and synchronize experiment planning activities under the G3 Plans Division.

Requires active SECRET clearance, BA/BS, and experience with MDMP and large-scale operations. Target salary range is $85,000–$90,000 with opportunities to coordinate across joint services and external agencies.

Qualifications

• Experience executing the Army's Military Decision Making Process (MDMP).
• Experience planning and executing large-scale combat operations, exercises, or experiments at brigade-level and above.
• Experience with planning large-scale, Live-Virtual-Constructive training experiments.
• Experience in planning and executing Joint/Multinational experiments or combat operations.
• Proficient in presenting analytical results to senior leadership (Army, other Service, Joint).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and synchronize all experiment planning activities and related requirements.
• Develop comprehensive plans for internal and external integration to support experiment planning.
• Assist staffing, tracking, and approval of experiment taskings, products and documents.
• Design and maintain data collections and instrumentation networks.
• Develop and manage experiment support requirements and timelines.
• Represent JMC in planning meetings to secure ranges, training areas, and facilities.
