Job summary

Precision Focus seeks a senior Cyber Targeting and Fires coordinator at Fort Meade, MD to support joint fires planning, targeting, and cyber integration for Combatant Commands and partner operations. Briefings and point papers will be developed for senior leadership.

The candidate must have extensive Fires/Targeting experience, TS/SCI with polygraph, and strong communication and analytical abilities. DOD 8140/8570 IAT Level II certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of experience in Fires and/or Targeting.
• Minimum of High School Diploma.
• TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating joint strategic and operational planning and execution of fires, targeting, capability pairing, and threat mitigation.
• Provide advice to leadership on Joint Targeting Cycle principles (Focused, Effects-Based, Interdisciplinary, Systematic).
• Develop documents including lessons learned with DoD, federal agencies, and commercial partners.

Description:

Assist in the coordination of joint strategic and operational planning and execution of joint fires, targeting, capability pairing, and threat mitigation in support of the Cyber Mission Force and partner operations. Provide advice to leadership on all principles of the Joint Targeting Cycle to include: Focused, Effects-Based, Interdisciplinary, and Systematic Provides support to future operations planners integrating cyber capabilities into Combatant Command and Global cyberspace plans and operations. Develop documents to include lessons learned, as well as results and conclusions with relevant organizations such as DOD, Federal Agencies, and commercial partners. Be able to provide scheduled and ad hoc briefings and point papers on Cyberspace Operations. Develop and conduct briefings to senior personnel on Fires processes.

Basic Qualifications:
