Job summary

CACI International Inc. seeks a Joint Concept Integrator to support the SCOPES Program in Doral, Florida.

You will lead the integration of Joint Warfighting Concepts into training, exercises, and operational planning, coordinating with Joint Staff, Combatant Commands, and DoD stakeholders to strengthen readiness across the Western Hemisphere. The role requires top secret/sci clearance, experience in joint operations or wargaming, and strong analytical and communication skills for executive-level

Qualifications

Top Secret/SCI clearance required.
Experience with Joint operations, Combatant Command staffs, operational planning, wargaming, or concept development.
Strong written and verbal communication skills for senior leader briefings and information papers.

Responsibilities

Lead coordination and integration of Joint Warfighting Concepts (JWC) for USSOUTHCOM.
Coordinate participation in Joint concept development activities, wargames, planning events, and experimentation across DoD.
Integrate Joint Warfighting Concepts into exercises, wargames, and training to enhance readiness.
Prepare executives for Joint Concept discussions with executive briefings, information papers, and recommendations.
Represent USSOUTHCOM in Joint Concept working groups and wargaming forums with clear communication of priorities.
Support doctrine development, lessons learned integration, and crisis action team activities as needed.
