Responsibilities

• Lead coordination and integration of Joint Warfighting Concepts (JWC) for USSOUTHCOM.
• Coordinate participation in Joint concept development activities, wargames, planning events, and experimentation across DoD.
• Integrate Joint Warfighting Concepts into exercises, wargames, and training to enhance readiness.
• Prepare executives for Joint Concept discussions with executive briefings, information papers, and recommendations.
• Represent USSOUTHCOM in Joint Concept working groups and wargaming forums with clear communication of priorities.
• Support doctrine development, lessons learned integration, and crisis action team activities as needed.
