Job summary

CACI International Inc. is seeking a Joint Interface Control Officer (JICO) in the Doral area to support the SCOPES Program at USSOUTHCOM.

The role requires coordinating Multi-TDL Architecture (MTA) implementations and ensuring secure, interoperable C2 between U.S., allied, and partner forces. You will advise senior leaders on tactical data link architectures, interoperability, and cryptographic modernization while supporting exercises and real-world operations.

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret/SCI security clearance.
• 8+ years of experience supporting Combatant Commands or equivalent with Tactical Data Links (TDLs) and theater-level C2 architectures.
• Demonstrated expertise in Multi-TDL Architecture (MTA) and related systems such as Link-16, Link-22, Mode 5 IFF, MADL, TTNT, C2BMC, GCCS, JRE, ADSI, and CDS.

Responsibilities

• Plan, establish, manage, and maintain TDL and MTA networks for theater-level C2 operations.
• Coordinate with interagency and coalition partners to ensure interoperability and resolve interface conflicts.
• Develop TDL architectures, IERs, ICPs, and supporting documentation.
• Provide technical guidance on Link-16, Link-22, C2BMC, GCCS, and related systems.
• Support planning, exercises, and real-world operations by integrating TDL into JDN architectures.
• Monitor performance, identify interoperability issues, and recommend corrective actions.
