Job summary

Granite Recovery Centers is seeking compassionate clinical professionals to join our teams across New Hampshire. The role focuses on providing individual and group counseling to individuals on the recovery journey, building strong therapeutic relationships, and coordinating with a multidisciplinary team to support personalized treatment plans.

Qualified candidates will have a Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health or related field; NH licensure is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in Clinical Mental Health, Social Work, or related field.
• State licensure in NH or willingness to obtain (MLADC, LICSW, or LCMHC) preferred but not required.
• 2–4 years of direct experience in mental health/substance use disorders preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group counseling/psychotherapy to individuals in recovery.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and monitor client goals and progress.
• Collaborate with clinical, medical, and other professionals for coordinated, high-quality care.
• Manage your own caseload with ongoing communication with the treatment team.

What You’ll Do

• Make a meaningful impact by providing individual and group counseling/psychotherapy to individuals working toward recovery.
• Build strong therapeutic relationships and partner with clients to develop individualized treatment plans that support their goals and progress.
• Be part of a collaborative care team, working closely with clinical, medical, and other professionals to provide coordinated, high-quality care.
• Manage your own caseload while maintaining consistent communication with the treatment team regarding client needs and progress.
• Help clients succeed throughout their treatment journey by reviewing progress, adjusting treatment plans, and supporting successful transitions and discharge.
• Bring your voice to the team by actively participating in care team meetings and collaborating on solutions that best support each client.
• Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation in accordance with program, regulatory, and licensing requirements.
• Continue growing professionally through ongoing education, training, and opportunities to strengthen your clinical skills.
• Uphold professional, ethical, confidentiality, and HIPAA standards while providing compassionate and respectful care.
• Demonstrate our Mission, Vision, and Values through every interaction with clients, families, and team members.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree or Bachelors in Clinical Mental Health, Social Work, or similar degrees
• NH state licensed preferred but not required: MLADC, LICSW or LCMHC
• 2-4 years direct experience in the field of mental health and substance use disorders preferred but not required
