What You’ll Do

• Make a meaningful impact by providing individual and group counseling/psychotherapy to individuals working toward recovery.
• Build strong therapeutic relationships and partner with clients to develop individualized treatment plans that support their goals and progress.
• Be part of a collaborative care team, working closely with clinical, medical, and other professionals to provide coordinated, high-quality care.
• Manage your own caseload while maintaining consistent communication with the treatment team regarding client needs and progress.
• Help clients succeed throughout their treatment journey by reviewing progress, adjusting treatment plans, and supporting successful transitions and discharge.
• Bring your voice to the team by actively participating in care team meetings and collaborating on solutions that best support each client.
• Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation in accordance with program, regulatory, and licensing requirements.
• Continue growing professionally through ongoing education, training, and opportunities to strengthen your clinical skills.
• Uphold professional, ethical, confidentiality, and HIPAA standards while providing compassionate and respectful care.
• Demonstrate our Mission, Vision, and Values through every interaction with clients, families, and team members.
