Job summary

Granite Recovery Centers seeks compassionate clinicians to join its New Hampshire teams. Provide individual and group therapy, build treatment plans, and work with a multidisciplinary team to support recovery.

Roles require a relevant degree; NH licensure is preferred but not required. Opportunities exist across Derry, Effingham, Canterbury, and Salem with strong focus on ethical, patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health or Social Work.
• NH state licensed preferred (MLADC/LICSW/LCMHC).
• 2–4 years direct mental health experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group counseling to clients in recovery.
• Develop and monitor individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with clinical team to ensure coordinated care.
• Manage caseload with regular progress updates to the team.
• Document clinical notes accurately in required systems.
• Support client discharge planning and transitions.
