We invite you to join our talent community for Technician and Field Service positions within AES Operations and Maintenance. Our energy sources include gas, coal, solar, wind, hydro, and battery storage across the U.S. As part of the Technician and Field Services teams, you'll operate and maintain power plants, ensuring safe, reliable, and efficient energy production.

We welcome technical and skilled workers of all levels. AES considers applicants for roles such as Wind Turbine Technicians, Solar Technicians, BESS Technicians, Control Room Operators, Site Managers, Field Service Engineers, and Team Leaders. Positions are full-time, permanent, on-site, requiring a GED or High School Diploma and a valid US driver's license. Leadership roles require experience in managing diverse technical teams with a focus on safety standards.
