Join the AES O&M Technician Talent Community

We invite technicians and field service professionals to join our talent community for various Technician and Field Service positions across AES Operations and Maintenance. Our diverse energy sources include gas, coal, solar, wind, hydro, and battery storage facilities across the United States.

As part of the Technician and Field Services teams, your role will involve operating, maintaining, troubleshooting, and improving power systems and equipment to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient power generation.

We welcome applicants of all levels and skill areas. Positions include Wind Turbine Technicians, Solar Technicians, BESS Technicians, Control Room Operators, Site Managers, Field Service Engineers, and Team Leaders. These are full-time, on-site roles requiring a GED or High School Diploma and a valid US driver’s license. Leadership roles require experience in managing diverse technical teams with a focus on safety standards.
