BAYADA Home Health Care is hiring Direct Support Professionals, Caregivers, PCAs, HHAs and CNAs to provide compassionate, one-on-one in-home care in Springfield, MO and surrounding areas. Roles include DSP, PCA, HHA, CNA with hourly pay and part-time to full-time opportunities, plus PRN options.

Responsabilités

• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) and basic home duties
• Support clients with bathing, grooming, dressing and toileting
• Help with mobility, transfers and range-of-motion exercises
• Monitor vital signs and report changes to supervisor
• Assist with medication reminders and administration as directed

We are actively hiring Direct Support Professionals ( DSP ), Caregivers, Personal Care Aides ( PCA) , Home Health Aides ( HHA ) and Certified Nurse Assistant ( CNA ) to provide compassionate, reliable support to patients in the following areas:

Springfield, MO & surrounding areas

• DSP/PCA/HHA/Caregiver - $16.00/hr
• Active MO CNA - $17.00/hr

available hours to vary by location.

Currently looking to staff Part Time Hours up to Full Time* + PRN/Fill-In's with potential to build up additional hours.

Job Responsibilities for CNA/HHA/DSP/PCA's & Caregivers

• Activities of daily living [ADL's]
• Light housekeeping
• Bathing
• Dressing
• Grooming
• Toileting
• Nail care
• Range of motion / exercises
• Transfers /use of mechanical lifting devices
• Oral feeding
• Vital sign checks: temperature, pulse, respiration
• Home Management Tasks: laundry, meal preparation, bed making etc.
• Assisting with ambulation
• Medication assistance
