Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care, Inc. in Springfield, MO is actively hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSP), Caregivers, Personal Care Aides (PCA), Home Health Aides (HHA), and Certified Nurse Assistants (CNA) to provide compassionate, reliable 1:1 in-home support.

Positions offer flexible scheduling, weekly pay, and opportunities to build hours from part-time to full-time plus PRN/Fill-Ins near your home. We strive to match you to opportunities with minimal commute.

Qualifications

• Experience providing in-home support to clients.
• Ability to assist with activities of daily living.
• Good communication and reliability in care delivery.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living and personal care.
• Perform light housekeeping and home management tasks.
• Support clients with bathing, dressing, grooming and toileting.
• Assist with mobility and transfers as needed.
• Monitor and report vital signs and changes in condition.
• Administer medications assistance under supervision.

We are actively hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSP), Caregivers, Personal Care Aides (PCA), Home Health Aides (HHA) and Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) to provide compassionate, reliable support to patients in the following areas:

• Springfield, MO & surrounding areas
• DSP/PCA/HHA/Caregiver - $16.00/hr
• Active MO CNA - $17.00/hr
• *available hours to vary by location.
  • Currently looking to staff Part Time Hours up to Full Time* + PRN/Fill-In's with potential to build up additional hours.

Job Responsibilities for CNA/HHA/DSP/PCA's & Caregivers

• Activities of daily living [ADL's]
• Light housekeeping
• Bathing
• Dressing
• Grooming
• Toileting
• Nail care
• Range of motion / exercises
• Transfers /use of mechanical lifting devices
• Oral feeding
• Vital sign checks: temperature, pulse, respiration
• Home Management Tasks: laundry, meal preparation, bed making etc.
• Assisting with ambulation
• Medication assistance
